1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who nominate a homeowner (or self-nominate) via online nomination, and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

IMPORTANT - HOMEOWNER STATUS: To be eligible to win, the nominee must be the legal titleholder (owner) of the residential property located within County of Michigan in which address is listed within eligible service area. Renters, tenants, and those leasing property are not eligible to receive the prize for the property they occupy. Proof of ownership (such as a deed, recent property tax bill, or mortgage statement) will be required prior to awarding the prize.

Employees of Red Oak Concrete Construction, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Red Oak Concrete Construction as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on December 18th, 2025 at 12:00AM EST and ending March 1st, 2026 at 11:59PM EST. All online entries must be received by March 1st, 2026.

4. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by submitting a nomination at www.redoakconcretemi.com. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Red Oak Concrete Construction.

• Nomination Requirements: You may nominate yourself or another deserving homeowner. Entries must include a brief story explaining why the nominee deserves a new driveway, front porch or walkway. The nominee must be within the service area described. 

5. Prizes: The Winner of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a new concrete driveway installation at their primary residence.

• Scope of Work: The prize includes removal of the existing driveway, site preparation, and pouring of standard concrete.
• Square Footage Cap: The prize covers a maximum of 1,800 square feet.
  • Overage: If the Winner’s driveway exceeds 1,800 square feet, the Winner constitutes that they are responsible for the cost of the additional square footage at Red Oak Concrete Construction's standard rate that will be described beforehand, or the project scope will be reduced to cover only 1,800 square feet.
• Exclusions: Decorative stamping, coloring, heated driveway systems, extensive retaining walls, or major drainage work outside standard grading are not included and are the responsibility of the Winner.
• Permits: Red Oak Concrete Construction will handle standard permitting fees. Any zoning variances or HOA approvals required are the sole responsibility of the homeowner.

The prize is nontransferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Red Oak Concrete Construction to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry (including before/after photos and video of the property) for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random raffle generator by Red Oak Concrete Construction based on the following nomination criteria:

1. Condition/Need of current driveway.
2. Compelling nature of the nomination story.

The Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Red Oak Concrete Construction shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.

If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within [10] days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to provide proof of homeownership, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

7. Scheduling and Weather: The installation of the driveway will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time. The Winner acknowledges that concrete installation in Michigan is weather-dependent. Red Oak Concrete Construction reserves the right to delay installation due to rain, snow, freezing temperatures, or ground freeze/thaw cycles. Installation may be deferred to the Spring season if the contest concludes during winter months.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Red Oak Concrete Construction, anyone acting on behalf of Red Oak Concrete Construction, and Red Oak Concrete Construction’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Red Oak Concrete Construction and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service.

10. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Wayne County, Michigan having jurisdiction.

11. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Red Oak Concrete Construction website.
